Appointment Process:Request Agent Appointment packet from David or Olin. Complete, sign EVERYWHERE so indicated.
Return via fax 208-522-2371 or scan, then email to David dsdickson@gmail.com.

We will submit your papers to Coventry for appointment. Make certain you submit current E&O and Insurance Licenses for ALL states in which you want appointment in. Coventry's writing number is your social security number.

Certification & Training: For Coventry Advantra Certification Online:

  • Go to http://www.advantrafreedom.com/medicare.asp
  • Click on Brokers
  • Choose Returning Broker or New Broker (You will have been E-mailed a temporary password for the first time you log on, you will be prompted to choose a new password. Write it down where you can find it, it is your password.)

    Before you can access the Coventry Broker Portal and order supplies, sales literature, etc, returning brokers must pass the on-line test. After you log into the Broker Portal you will directed to the test.

    Coventry requires "re-contracting" online, and "recertification" online each year for every agent - no exceptions! You will receive re-contracting instructions in the mail from Coventry. Do not throw it away. Not only are there instructions on how to re-contract, there is also a "package code" that you will need to enter when doing the online re-contracting.

  • Click on LOGIN/REGISTER
  • Enter your E-mail Address and Password (Before you can access the Coventry Broker Portal, returning brokers MUST pass an on-line test. New brokers will be E-mailed a temporary password).
