Appointment Process: Contact Olin. He sends a request to the FMO for a contract, a "link" is emailed to you. Following the link, you go online and do all of your contracting on the website. Mail us a copy of your contracting papers, including your state insurance licenses and E&O.

Certification & Training: The course material and multiple choice test are conducted live via WebEx in an online classroom setting. To ensure you receive your invitation, make certain your contact information, including email address is current on the WellCare producer portal, www.wellcarepro.com

You can sign up for the training at this website, the initial splash screen has a clickable link to the training. You will have to find a training time that fits your schedule (allow 2 hrs. for the training and the test) after you find a class, you will have to register for it. WellCare will then email you the phone # for the training, the website address and the passcodes to dial in and log on. You will listen on the phone to the LIVE presentation that you are watching on your computer. Take notes, the test will immediately follow and it is timed. IF you fail it the first time, call David BEFORE you take it again. You are only allowed two (2) tries to pass, then you are toast.

Dental Program is Administered by Doral Dental, client will receive a separate card for Doral Dental billing info., approved providers. The numbers on the card are for Clients Only. They will not speak to agents (privacy issue, however...you can do a three way conference call with you, the member and Doral).

Vision services is administered by Sears optical.

Hearing, client will have to call to get a list of approved providers.
